In the seventh edition of the National Photo Contest "Pearls of Polish Nature 2023", my author's photograph entitled. "Cottongrass impression" won third prize in the Plants category. The competition received 2044 photographs in 6 categories by 252 photographers
Within the framework of the XIX International Festival of Nature Photography, Visions of Nature 2023, another edition of the Open National Nature Photography Contest entitled. "Wild, beautiful, polish". At the request of the organizers, I got involved in the work of the competition's jury, and their results will be announced during the second day of the festival on November 19. The organizer of the competition is the Union of Polish Nature Photographers.
In the photographic competition "Poland is beautiful" organized by the Mieczysław Wielomski Photography Association "Against Nothingness", a photograph of mine was awarded and was among the honored works from 632 photographs submitted for the competition. The photograph will be presented in an exclusive post-competition photo album.
"Spring fanfares" is the title of a photograph of mine, which was among the 42 best works submitted for the photo contest organized as part of the 2nd Narew Nature Festival. The photograph will be featured in a post-competition exhibition presented during the festival. The vernissage will take place on Friday, October 20, at 18:00 in the Hall of Culture at 6 Stary Rynek Street in Lomza.
I invite you to the Education and Museum Center of the Magurski National Park in Krempna where a collective exhibition of members of the Roztocze and Subcarpathia District of the Polish Nature Photographers Union titled "Rhythms of Nature" is presented from August 18. The exhibition features 28 photographs in 100x70 cm format by 19 nature photographers. The presented works show the whole spectrum of themes that can be observed in nature determined by the constant rhythm of changing nature. The exhibition will include two photographs signed with my name, which I present below. On behalf of myself and the other authors, I invite you to this exhibition, which will last until October 15 during the working hours of the MPN Education and Museum Center.
I invite you from August 1 this year. to the Education and Museum Center of the Roztocze National Park for the presentation of the main photographic exhibition of the 18th International Festival of Nature Films. Włodzimierz Puchalski, dedicated to the memory of Tomasz Ogrodowczyk - an outstanding nature photographer and filmmaker. The exhibition "Biodiversity as an opportunity for the Earth" consists of 30 photographs enlarged to the size of 50x70 cm by 10 nature photographers invited to participate in it, Tomasz's friends. Among the names of the awarded authors there was also my own and three works signed by him. The official opening of the exhibition will take place on August 5 at 12:00 during the 3rd edition of Lublin meetings with nature. The exhibition will be open until August 27 during the opening hours of the Centre.
Today, the presentation of the post-competition photo exhibition of the 15th International Festival of Visual Arts Inspired by Nature "Sztuka Natury" Torun 2022 will begin with the opening at the Culture Center Browar-B in Wloclawek. The exhibition "Nature - Naturally!" is an exhibition presenting works distinguished and awarded in a photographic competition organized by the Zoobotanical Garden in Torun. The opening of the exhibition will start at at 17:00 in the Migawka Photography Gallery located in the Center for Culture, while the exhibition itself will be presented until September 9 this year. Among the works distinguished and presented at the exhibition, there was one work of my authorship.
The Culture Center in Czudec invites you to the finissage of the exhibition "Landscapes of the Strzyzow Foothills - Spring", which is the result of a photo plein-air organized on May 11-15, 2022 in the picturesque scenery of the Strzyzow Foothills. From today until the end of May 2023, my original photo exhibition will be presented at the Janowskie Forests Ecological Education Center in Janów Lubelski. "Obary". The exhibition, prepared on the occasion of the 45th anniversary of the protection of natural fragments of transitional and raised bogs of the subcontinental type located in the western part of the Solska Forest, presents 20 photographs in the 82x55 cm format in a 100x70 cm frame. The works present characteristic elements of the landscape of the "Obary" nature reserve, photographed in the existing conditions over the four seasons of the year. They were made in the years 2012-2019 during the period of validity of the relevant permit allowing me to move around in the protected area and photograph nature.
