Last Friday, 12 June, the Hieronim Łopaciński Provincial Public Library in Lublin hosted the final of the Book of the Year 2025 competition, which recognises the most valuable and beautiful book about the Lublin region. I am delighted to announce that in the Lublin Region: Album category, the Paweł Konrad Laurel – named after Lublin’s first printer and publisher – was awarded to my own album Obary, published by Wydawnictwo Lipiec. After evaluating over 80 entries, the competition jury awarded prizes to six publications across five categories.
